When a unit is at the end of its life, we size the replacement and give you a written quote.

Commercial service questions

What kind of equipment do you service?+

Light-commercial cooling equipment — rooftop units (RTUs), split systems and packaged units. Tell us what you have in the quote form and we'll confirm before the visit.

Can you take care of several locations?+

Yes. We keep each site's address, equipment and access notes on file, so any technician knows where to go and who to ask for.

Do you offer maintenance agreements for businesses?+

Yes. We look at your units first, then quote a maintenance agreement — usually two or four visits a year depending on how hard the equipment works.

How do you bill businesses?+

Each job gets an invoice with your PO number if you use one. Tax-exempt organizations can send us their exemption certificate, and approved business accounts can ask about payment terms.

What if a unit goes down after hours?+

Call us — the phone is answered 24/7, and we'll get a technician to you as soon as we can.
