1. Who we are

Blue House ("Blue House", "we", "us") is an air conditioning company serving Dallas–Fort Worth. The company behind this website is Blue House Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and when you work with us, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you book a visit, ask us to text you, join the Comfort Plan or call us:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The service address, and its location on the map once we verify it.
• What you need: the service, the day you picked, and any notes you add.
• Records of the work we do for you: appointments, equipment, invoices and payments.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site:

• Anonymous visit statistics — which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. They don't use cookies and don't identify you.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type, kept in our hosting provider's logs.

3. How we use it

• To schedule, confirm and carry out the service you asked for.
• To contact you about your request or appointment by phone, text message or email.
• To keep records for invoices, warranties, taxes and your service history.
• To keep the site secure and block spam and fraud.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own advertising.

4. Text messages and calls

When you give us your phone number in a form, you agree that we may call or text you about that request — for example, to confirm a time or send an arrival update.

• How often we text depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
• We don't send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
• Phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

5. Who we share it with

Only with companies that help us run the site and the business, and only what they need to do that:

• Website hosting and anonymous visit statistics: Vercel.
• Database where bookings and customer records are kept: Supabase.
• Spam protection on our forms: Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Address lookup: when you type an address, it's checked against OpenStreetMap, Zippopotam.us and the U.S. Census Bureau's address service so we can confirm it exists.
• Financing: if you apply for financing, the lending partner receives your application under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

6. Cookies

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The staff login uses cookies that are needed to keep staff signed in. The spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) reads technical details about your browser to tell people from bots.

7. How long we keep it

We keep customer and service records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties and meet tax and legal obligations. Requests that don't turn into a job are deleted when we no longer need them.

8. How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and customer records can only be opened by our staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects it, as the law requires.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it or delete it, and stop calls or texts at any time. We'll answer within 45 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

10. Children

This site is for adults arranging service for their home. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
