1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website, run by Blue House Solutions LLC (doing business as Blue House). By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Booking online

• A booking made on the site is a request for an arrival window. It's confirmed when we call or text you.
• Arrival windows are estimates. Earlier jobs, traffic or weather can delay us; if so, we'll let you know and offer a new time.
• To change or cancel, call or text us as early as you can.
• Please give us accurate contact details and a real service address — we can't serve requests we can't confirm.

3. Emergencies

Online booking is for non-emergency service. For an urgent AC problem, call (469) 674-3133. If you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide leak, leave the home right away and call 911 or your gas company.

4. Prices, estimates and offers

• Prices on the site are starting prices or estimates. The final price depends on your system and what we find on site, and we'll tell you before we do any work.
• Offers and coupons follow the dates and rules shown on the Offers page, and may change or end at any time.
• The Comfort Plan is covered by its own Membership Terms, on the Maintenance Plan page.

5. Calculators and quizzes

The savings calculator, repair-or-replace quiz and financing estimator give rough estimates for planning only. They aren't a quote, a guarantee of savings or a loan offer. Financing is provided by our lending partner, subject to its approval and terms.

6. Repair and installation work

Work we do at your home is covered by the estimate, invoice and warranty you receive for that job, not by these website terms.

7. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no false or someone else's information, no spam, no attempts to break in, overload it or copy its content in bulk with automated tools.

8. Our content

The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

9. Links to other sites

Some links lead to other websites, such as maps or our lending partner. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is: it may contain mistakes or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using the site or relying on its estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
